3Q Services Pro LLC . . . certified by the US Department of Labor is uniquely qualified to train apprentice candidates in partnership with client firms with a combination of on the job and classroom training.

By creating a realistic path for individuals to enter the trade;

Assist obtaining financial support – critical that trainees are able to meet on-going and normal financial obligations.

Candidate pay requirements are: ( Possible wage rates as an Apprentice)

$18.00- $20.00 per hour for 1st yr. 2000 hours

$20.00- $24.00 per hour for 2nd yr. 2000 hours

$24.00- $26.00 per hour for 3rd yr. 2000 hours

$26.00- $28.00 per hour for 4th yr. 2000 hours

Working with various employers to create on the job training opportunities that focus on developing apprentices and offer the necessary work hours.

Creating educational and craft training programs that fit work schedules.

Provide mentoring and additional tutoring as required to assure candidates of out commitment to the program.

Encourage students to add new technologies and project planning techniques as “tools of the trade.”

we work with city, county & state requirments – to obtain a PATTHWAY TO AN ELECTRICAL OR PLUMMERS LICENSE!
